Damaged or Incorrect Items

We put a lot of love and care into our products, but in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Conditions for damaged/incorrect items:

• You must provide a proper opening video and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges for Size Issues

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. We are happy to offer an exchange if the size is not right for your little one.

Conditions for size exchanges:

• The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• You must contact us to initiate the exchange process.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the extra shipping cost to resend the exchange package.
